1. PROMOTION SUMMARY & CONTACT CONSENT

This Promotion is sponsored by LV FIRES LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 81 Rock Run Street, Las Vegas,

NV 89148. By completing and submitting an entry form, online or in person, you expressly agree that Sponsor may contact you

by telephone call or SMS text message at the number provided, even if your phone number is listed on a

state or national Do Not Call registry. Sponsor respects your privacy and will not sell, share, or distribute

your personal data or information to any other company or person.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To enter this Promotion, you must be a legal U.S. resident who is at least 21 years of age or older. You

must also be either (a) a homeowner, or (b) a gainfully employed individual currently renting a single-family

house. Residents of multi-family apartment complexes are not eligible for this promotion. Employees,

representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor are ineligible to enter or win. Void

where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

3. FREE GIFT DELIVERY & SAFETY INFORMATION

Those selected to receive a promotional gift will receive their gift via an in-home delivery and safety

presentation. At the time of delivery, Sponsor will provide an educational presentation on home fire safety

and available fire safety products. You are under no obligation to purchase any products or services to

receive your gift. However, if you choose not to receive your gift or choose not to have the in-home

presentation, you will automatically opt out of the gift offer, and another person will be selected to receive it.

Refusing a promotional gift offer does not affect your entry into the Grand Prize sweepstakes drawing.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Hand print your full name, complete home address, and phone number on the official entry form and

deposit it in the designated entry box, or submit via the digital entry portal. Limit one (1) entry per

household. No mechanical or photocopy reproductions permitted. All entries become the property of the

Sponsor.

5. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded every calendar month. The monthly Grand Prize consists of one (1)

set of designer fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Prize manufacturer has no involvement in this

Promotion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and other applicable taxes. Odds of winning depend

on the total number of eligible entries received.6. SELECTION OF WINNER

A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the calendar month. The

drawing will take place no later than the 15th day of the following month. The winner will be notified by

phone call or text message.

7. REQUIREMENTS OF WINNER

The winner must prove eligibility and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity/

Liability Release. Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Promotion and acceptance of a prize

constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, video, likeness, and city/state for

promotional and advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation. Failure to execute

required releases will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, late, stolen, or misdirected entries, or for any

equipment malfunction. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the

decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this promotion. Sponsor is not responsible

for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession,

or loss of any Prize or gift.
